Who is this guy?

Adam Moe...

Fiddle, ukulele, tenor guitar, and voice

Adam Moe is a fiddler and singer/songwriter based in Duluth, MN. In 2012, he started the folky-tonk duo Pushing Chain with a former musical partner. For the next eight years, Pushing Chain toured the US and Canada, playing venues big and small and gaining fans the old-fashioned way — face to face, one at a time. Adam has been featured on radio and television, and played some of the biggest festivals in the country, including the 2019 Woody Guthrie Festival and the 2019 Kerrville Folk Festival.

With the onset of the 2020 pandemic, Adam set out on a solo career. The result is an ever-changing array of classic country and folk music combined with his original songs, which have been described as both witty and poignant. Backed with his custom-built tenor guitar and delivered with clear, classic country vocals, he takes audiences back to a time when telling the story was more important than selling it. As one recent audience member said, "This guy has an old soul."

Adam believes that good music can make strangers share a table, and he tries to prove it every time he plays.
